Customer (Software) Support Representative

Los Alamitos, California • Full-time

This is a call center environment involving heavy and lengthy phone calls. Employee will assist clients with technical support, enrollment, and apply the need for problem solving skills when needed. Employee will make outbound calls to client offices and vendors, and take inbound calls from our dental office clients.

This position requires excellent customer service skills, and the ability to assist our clients within a software environment. This position offers on the job training.

Customer Service Representative/Managed Care Representative

This is a 40 hour per week, Monday – Friday assignment. Employees will attend and participate in department and inter-department meetings as needed.

This position requires excellent external and internal customer service skills, phone skills, and the ability to perform detailed research work with a high degree of accuracy researching DHMO benefit plans, interpretation of dental terms and plan limitations, and data entry.
